Mission Statement: Conscious of the growing need for closer cooperation of the homeowners, renters and businesses living and operating within our area of the City of San Leandro, generally known as the Historic BAL District, Foothill Manor and Halcyon Neighborhoods. We are an association of public spirited individuals from District 2 that hereby established this organization.  This organization hereby dedicate themselves to protecting their rights and the desires of the association including the intelligent understanding of the common needs of the Community, City, State and Nation.
